We have been using TRACX since 2016. At the time, our accounting software did not allow us to manage machine sales quotes for our customers. Our excel sheet method did not allow us to have real time follow-ups on current bids or to know which machines were quoted in relation to others since each representative had their excel sheet in their computer. Our documents such as machinery invoices were not easily accessible to our vendors. The evaluations of our users were not structured and there was no record of the information except for an email.
